NoMorePost.com announces that a green postal service is finally here with the launch of their Desktop Mailer Application.

A green postal service, paperless postal system or ebilling system is now no longer a service that only the big companies use, the Desktop Mailer Application from NoMorePost.com means that any company or business wishing to start a green postal service for its clients no longer has to spend tens of thousands on development.

 

 

NoMorePost.com has come up with a simple to use system that will allow any business, big or small, set up and run a green postal service.

Once registered with NoMorePost.com, a business simply downloads the Desktop Mailer Application and imports their client list/database to the application.

Each client is assigned a Passkey by the Desktop Mailer Application and this code, along with the Account code of the business, is given to the client.

 

 

Once this has been done the business then notifies their clients or customers that they are now operating a green postal service and provides them with their passkey and account code.

The customer or client then registers and accesses their NoMorePost.com Personal Account and enters the passkey and account code into the Open Channel section.

Entering the Passkey and account code opens the postal channel between the business and their customer and it ensures that the system will be spam free.

 

 

 

From this point on the business can send the customer or client any correspondence they wish like invoices (payment service coming soon), statements, notifications or general correspondence.

The business can even see when the client or customer has read the sent item.

The cost of using this green postal service is at least 90% cheaper than using any of the traditional postal services.

It costs approximately 1p (£0.01) for every A4 page.
